This 6-week Golf Fitness & Mobility class is designed to prepare your body for the upcoming season. Improve golf-specific mobility and movement to remove physical restrictions that may be limiting your swing, while building strength tailored to the demands of the golf swing to enhance performance on the course.

Golf performance fitness classes are small group classes that focus on progressing through all aspects of golf fitness and movement. Learn how to improve your mobility, strength, power, and balance specifically for golf. Exercise experience is recommended for this class. Class size is limited to 5 people. ​​
