Learn how to prime your joints and create an effective golf warm-up.  Join one of our Golf Warm-Up Workshops and learn how to properly prepare your body for better performance while reducing your risk of injury.

Low Back Injury Prevention Workshop

Join Golf Mobility Specialist Shannon Heffernan and learn how to protect your back this golf season.

In this educational and hands-on session, you’ll learn the fundamental exercises and mobility strategies that help reduce lower back stiffness and decrease injury risk associated with the golf swing.

​

You’ll also gain a better understanding of proper movement mechanics in the swing to help take unnecessary pressure off your lower back — so you can play stronger, longer, and with more confidence.
